Desserts

Dessert can be tasty (without the use of refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, dyes and other additives) and healthy. Among the healthy desserts, you can easily find those that are quick and easy to prepare, which is certainly a nice thing in today's time when you can often hear that there is too little time to eat healthy. Below we share two of our favorite recipes, but the list will "grow" :). Good apetite!

FRUIT ICE CREAM 🍦

Ingredients:

2 smaller bananas

3-4 raspberries

a handful of blueberries

half a teaspoon of cocoa

Preparation:

Slice the bananas and put them in the freezer for approx. 10 minutes. Add bananas, blueberries, raspberries and cocoa to the blender and blend briefly until the ingredients are combined. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and place in the freezer.

Tips:

If you like sweeter flavors, add a little honey.

Before serving the ice cream, turn the mold upside down and pour warm water over it for a few seconds to make it easier to remove the ice cream from the mold ;).

CHIA PUDDING 🍨

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of cocoa (raw organic)

Preparation:

Place the peeled banana, chia seeds and cocoa in a blender and blend for about 1 minute.

Serve as desired. You can add dates, almonds, aronia berries, depending on your preferences.
