Recipes/spreads

Below we share several recipes that we usually have in the kitchen. They are easy to make and delicious, raw and without additives (sugar, sweeteners, preservatives).

PEANUT BUTTER 🥜

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons of shelled peanuts

1/3 teaspoon of salt

Preparation:

Put salt and peanuts in a blender.

Blend until desired texture (longer blending – creamier, shorter blending – crunchy)

P.S. if you have more options on the blender, the recommendation for a crunchy texture is mixing by selecting the pulse option, for creamier ones - low and high.

ALMOND BUTTER

Ingredients:

400 g of almonds

Preparation:

Place the almonds in the oven at 150 °C for approx. 15-20 minutes, and then blend until a uniform mixture is obtained.

TURMERIC PASTE

Ingredients:

1.25 dkg of powdered turmeric

0.7 dcl of domestic olive oil

2.5 dcl of water

5g of pepper (1 teaspoon)

Preparation:

Add turmeric to hot water and stir over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and add pepper and olive oil.

Mix everything together well.

Put in a jar and when it cools down a little in the refrigerator.

STRAWBERRY MARMALADE 🍓

Ingredients:

200 g of strawberries

1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation:

Soak the strawberries in water to which 1 teaspoon of baking soda has been added. After 20 minutes, pour the water and dry the strawberries. Blend the strawberries in a blender or mash them with a fork and add honey. Keep in the refrigerator.

Have a good time ♡!
